  • Must be an Independent Title Agent
  • Must be a licensed Title Agent in the State of Texas
  • Must be willing to split Premiums with Integrity Title (when title evidence is provided per P-24)
  • Must provide prompt, courteous Escrow & Closing services
  • Must make an effort to work with Independent Title Agents whenever possible
  • Title Evidence & Commitments should be provided by Texas Abstracters and Examiners
