Title Agents should use this Order Form when ordering Title Evidence and Examinations from other Title Agents. By ordering Title Evidence on this site both Agents agree to a Rule P-24 split unless the Company providing such services and the Company paying for such services enter into a prior written agreement specifying and agreeing to percentages different from those provided in this Rule.
Important Note: Agents listed on Title with Texans reserve the right to refuse service on any title order.
